Sergio Millian /Siarhei Kukuts/ serves as President of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce since May, 2006. As a dedicated member of the organization, Mr. Millian has served as a member of the Chamber's Executive Committee, Board of Directors. He attended the Academy of Business Administration by the President of the Republic of Belarus, where he studied international law and graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University, where he studied Foreign Languages and Diplomacy.
In 2005, Mr. Millian was elected Director of Russian American Federation.
In the 2006-2010 period Mr. Millian delivered over 100 speeches and presentations on the topics of doing business in Russia and US Russia business, economic, commercial, and investment relations at such prestigious events as international conference "Russia and The WTO", Russian National Exhibition in Chicago, Moscow International Energy Forum, Southern Center for International Studies, Federal Reserve Bank, etc.
At the end of the year 2010, Mr. Millian established International Business Development Center on New York's Wall Street at the Russian American Chamber to assist the Russian entrepreneurs in entering the US market with maximum speed and minimal risk and expenses.
On January 6, 2011 Mr. Millian was promoted to Vice President with NestSeekers International's New York office.
Mr. Sergio Millian has an extensive experience in working with foreign government delegations, trade missions, bankers' delegations, and private businesses coming to the Commonwealth of Independent States. In addition to his duties at the Chamber, Mr. Millian currently is the owner of Millian Group, Inc., Interchallenge Translations, Interpreting, and Localization, and distributes the bilingual quarterly business magazine "Russian American Business" and the monthly RACC Newsletter. Mr. Millian is a licensed real estate broker and is actively working in the residential and commercial national and international real estate. He specializes in representing foreign investors in the USA as well as working with American investors interested in investments opportunities in the former USSR countries. He speaks five foreign languages fluently: English, Russian, Belarusian, Italian, and Spanish.

Andrey Shperling, MBA, Executive Vice President - Andrey Shperling has experience in Financial Services and Investment Banking industries. He has been involved in business valuation modeling, financial value-based benchmarking, and futures and options trading on the St-Petersburg Futures Exchange.
Currently Andrey is working as Manager in Deloitte and Touche LLP, in Enterprise Risk Services group as a control assurance consultant and team lead in the Financial and Manufacturing Industries His roles required understanding client needs, gathering requirements, managing the projects to completion, and presenting delivarables to the client.

Denis Chikunov is a Marketing Director at the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce in the USA.
As a Marketing Director, Mr. Chikunov has been active in attracting new members, partners, and organizing events for the Chamber. He has been also in charge of managing delegations and trade missions between Russia and the USA. Mr. Chikunov is also assisting American companies in entering the Russian market: investing and finding right distributors as well as partners. One of Denis' major focuses in the Chamber has been developing innovation technology projects between Russia and the USA. A bulk of these projects were in the area of energy efficiency and clean-tech. Mr. Chikunov is creating an infrastructure for clean technology innovation and commercialization between Russia and the USA. Denis is working in a very close collaboration with the President of the RACC in the USA Sergei Millian on developing a sustainable marketing strategy and policy necessary for a long-term growth of the organization. Mr. Chikunov also has an important managerial role in the Chamber making sure all employees are acting as a team on sophisticated projects.
Denis Chikunov is originally from Russia, Saint-Petersburg. He obtained his Master’s in Russian and Slavic Studies from New York University and his dual Bachelor degree in Math and Economics from Trinity College, CT. Prior to the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce in the USA, he had worked for an NGO at the United Nations; UBS, Financial Services, and Citigroup, Smith Barney.

Mr. Grigorenko received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the School of Business and in History from the School of Arts and Sciences at Adelphi University, New York in 2004. Upon graduation he began work at a growing Moscow-based firm that specialized in the development and promotion of recycling systems. Amongst his responsibilities with the company was written and oral translation as well as presentation of project feasibility studies, promotion of projects and the attraction of investors in Italy’s Liguria, Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna regions, dealings with the European Tire Recycling Association (ETRA), Brussels, Belgium. In 2005 Mr. Grigorenko was appointed Assistant to Project Coordinator in Larnaca, Cyprus, where he worked closely with the local government administration as well as leading financial institutions.
In 2007 Dmitriy Grigorenko began his graduate studies at Moscow State Institute of Foreign Affairs (MGIMO) Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. There, he has been studying International Trade Law with respect to Energy Policy. Mr. Grigorenko has extensive experience in the hosting of government delegations and the promotion of international events, he has been with the RACC since 2009 and has significantly developed it's energy-related field of activities.
Mr. Grigorenko is bilingual in Russian and English, fluent in Ukrainian and has conversational ability in Spanish and Bulgarian

Anastasia Klimenko assists a Marketing Director in attracting new members/sponsors, consulting the Chamber's members about business opportunities and partners in Russia, and organizing business events. Ms. Klimenko also assists the Chamber in legal matters.
Ms. Klimenko has the experience in diverse practices of law. She performed criminal investigative duties in prosecutor’s office, conducted research for civil and criminal cases as a judicial clerk in court along with participating in a charity project as a co-founder and attorney, providing legal support for the launch of a retail enterprise.
Ms. Klimenko has a Bachelor Degree in Law from Moscow State Law Academy, L.L.M. degree from Duke University Law School, and a Diploma in Comparative Culturology of English-Speaking Countries from St. John’s College, United Kingdom. Anastasia is a native Russian speaker, fluent in English.

Sergey Kubahov is the Head of Innovation Technology Department at the RACC in the USA (The Chamber). He is assisting the Chamber in organizing delegation visits from Russia in the area of innovation technology and start-ups. Under Mr. Kubashov's guidance the Chamber was able to bring a delegation of professors and start-up executives from Ulyanovsk State Technical University in Russia (UISTU) to the U.S. Mr. Kubashov'r main role is in attracting interested parties on the Russian side to the U.S. for an internship in innovation technology, a special program designed by the Chamber to enhance the innovative development of both Russia and the U.S.
Sergey Kubashov has a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a strong scientific background in the area of energy engineering. He worked in the academics since 2005. He has 31 publications including one monograph. He is an author of 50 patents for inventions, two of which are on the list of 100 best inventions of Russia and seven of which received international awards in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and Russia.
Before joining the RACC in the USA as a Director of Innovation Technology, he has worked first as a Senior Lecturer, then as an Assistant and an Associate Professor at UlSTU. He also has his own Laboratory of Infrared Thermal Control and his own start-up in the area of energy auditing.
Simultaneously to his work at the RACC in the USA, he is also working as the Head of Technology Transferring and Marketing Group of Technology Transferring Center at UlSTU.
Sergey Kubashov speaks fluent Russian and English.
