Sergio Millian /Siarhei Kukuts/ serves as President of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce since May, 2006. As a dedicated member of the organization, Mr. Millian has served as a member of the Chamber's Executive Committee, Board of Directors. He attended the Academy of Business Administration by the President of the Republic of Belarus, where he studied international law and graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University, where he studied Foreign Languages and Diplomacy.
In 2005, Mr. Millian was elected Director of Russian American Federation.
In the 2006-2012 period Mr. Millian delivered over 200 speeches and presentations on the topics of doing business in Russia and US Russia business, cultural, religious, economic, commercial, energy, innovation and investment relations at such prestigious venues as European Parliament(Brussles), international conference "Russia and The WTO", Russian National Exhibition in Chicago, Moscow International Energy Forum, Global Russia Business Meeting(Cyprus and Luxembourg), Columbia University, Princeton University, Emory University, MSU, MGIMO, Southern Center for International Studies, Federal Reserve Bank, etc.
At the end of the year 2010, Mr. Millian established International Business Development Center on New York's Wall Street at the Russian American Chamber to assist the Russian entrepreneurs in entering the US market with maximum speed and minimal risk and expenses.
On January 6, 2011 Mr. Millian was promoted to Vice President with NestSeekers International's New York office.
Mr. Sergio Millian has an extensive experience in working with foreign government delegations, trade missions, bankers' delegations, oil and gas executives and private businesses coming to the Commonwealth of Independent States. In addition to his duties at the Chamber, Mr. Millian currently is the owner of Millian Group, Inc., Interchallenge Translations, Interpreting, and Localization, and distributes the bilingual quarterly business magazine "Russian American Business" and the monthly RACC Newsletter. Mr. Millian is a licensed real estate broker and is actively working in the residential and commercial national and international real estate. He specializes in representing foreign investors in the USA as well as working with American investors interested in investments opportunities in the former USSR countries. He speaks five foreign languages fluently: English, Russian, Belarusian, Italian, and Spanish.

Andrey Shperling, MBA, Executive Vice President - Andrey Shperling has experience in Financial Services and Investment Banking industries. He has been involved in business valuation modeling, financial value-based benchmarking, and futures and options trading on the St-Petersburg Futures Exchange.
Currently Andrey is working as Manager in Deloitte and Touche LLP, in Enterprise Risk Services group as a control assurance consultant and team lead in the Financial and Manufacturing Industries His roles required understanding client needs, gathering requirements, managing the projects to completion, and presenting delivarables to the client.

Natasha Miller (Zemtsova) was born in the City of Novocherkassk, Rostov-on-Don region, Russia.
Natasha earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology at the Don State Technical University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia. After completing her studies in Russia, she moved to New York City to continue education. Natasha earned her Master's degree in International Affairs at the City College of New York (CUNY).
By the time Natasha joined the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce in early 2012, she had worked 5 years + in marketing and advertisement industry in Russia. She had also worked in a Manhattan law firm assisting with translation, correspondence, and the web-site content in Russian language.
Natasha works as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and coordinates the Young Professionals Club (YPC) at the Russian-American Chamber. YPC is a separate project under the umbrella of RACC designed to promote networking and social ties within the NYC young proffesionals community.

He’s a former Executive Producer with WNBC, Senior Producer with CBS and Investigative Producer with King World Productions. He’s also author of the business book, Beat the Press: Your Guide to Managing the Media. Mark is the owner of MaciasPR LLC – a New York City based agency with clients that include: technology start-ups, financial and legal groups, retailers, politicians and nonprofit organizations.
