Why should our company join the Russian-American Chamber in the USA?

The Russian-American Chamber of Commerce in the USA is one of the leading and the most influential foreign business organizations in the USA. Representing over 200 members, with its professional staff in the Atlanta headquarters and New York City representative office, partners in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Kiev, Minsk, and other major cities in the CIS, the Chamber effectively advocates the trade and investment interests of its members between the U.S. and CIS countries.

Type of membership at the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce in the USA

Individual Level
Cost: $500/year

Benefits:

  • An individual name's listing in the RACC online directory
  • Discount for RACC-supported events
  • Referrals, leads, recommendations, and introductions as members to potential clients/partners at RACC-supported events
  • Consultative vote for the RACC

Executive Level

Small Business (Less than 100 employees)
Cost: $1,000/year

Mid-size Business (Between 100 and 500 employees)
Cost: $2,500/year

Large Business (More than 500 employees)
Cost: $5,000/year

Benefits:

  • A company’s listing in the RACC online directory with a link to the company’s website (without a logo and a company representative’s name)
  • A company can use RACC logo on its website
  • Discount for RACC-supported events
  • Priority for sponsorship opportunities
  • Speaking opportunities at RACC-supported events
  • Referrals, leads, and recommendations to potential clients
  • New member listing in the electronic RACC newsletter
  • Introduction as members to perspective clients and partners at trade missions, briefings, trade shows, conferences, delegations, and other RACC-supported events  
  • Support and discount for consulting services: market research, distributors search, visa assistance, certification, translation, HR, legal, and other services 
  • Consultative vote for the RACC

Board of Advisors Level

Small Business (Less than 100 employees)
Cost: $5,000/year

Mid-size Business (Between 100 and 500 employees)
Cost: $7,500/year

Large Business (More than 500 employees)
Cost: $10,000/year

Benefits:

  • All core benefits at the Executive level
  • A company’s listing in the RACC online directory with a company’s logo and its representative’s name
  • VIP invitations to exclusive events with high-level policy-makers and CEOs at dinner meetings and post-event informal/social activities with invitation and access only to our BOA
  • Greater visibility and attendance recognition during RACC events
  • Higher priority over Executive Members with regard to referrals, recommendations, and speaking opportunities at the events
  • BOA periodic committee meetings to discuss and improve the RACC policy and strategy together with the RACC Board of Directors

Note: A company representative wishing to be on the Board of Advisors at the RACC in the USA must obtain a special approval from the RACC Board of Directors. Normally a BOA seat is granted to a company representative actively participating and promoting the RACC mission. A financial commitment is not sufficient for a company representative to be on the BOA.

Membership information

How do I apply for membership?
Complete a membership application form (MS Word) and email it to Sergei Millian, President at: sergio@russianamericanchamber.com or mail it to the following address: 110 Wall Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10005-3817.

How long does the process take?
Once all application materials are received, they are reviewed by the membership committee. The committee, comprised of two board members, will take approximately one week to review the materials and to make its decision. Once the application has been approved, the new member will receive a Welcome Package that includes membership confirmation.

How do we pay our membership fees?
Fees may be paid by check, credit card, or via wire transfer. The instructions for each method of payment are on the membership application.

Once we‘re members, how many employees can take part in the Chamber activities?
Your company may designate one representative who will receive all Chamber information and be our contact at your company. If your company has more than one employee who would like to participate on a regular basis in our committee meetings and other events only open to Chamber members, the employee may join as an Additional Corporate Member for only $500.

How can I renew my membership?
